Verify ESXi hosts (Hardware, Responds, Config, DNS, ...
1) Veify ESXi host hardware and power state
2) Verify if ESXi host responds to PING from vCenter Server
3) DCUI to ESXi host to verify the Physical console
4) Verify the DNS is configured correctly on ESXi host
5) Connect to the ESXi Host using vSphere Client to check ESXi Host is running.
6) Reboot the ESXi Host
7) Physically login to the console of ESXi Host and validate the settings

3) Get VM Build detailed information like OS / vCPU / vRAM / vDisk / vNetworking / VLAN ID and other details. Update the same status on ticket and speak to customer on it for further proceedings

Change the IP the PSC is pointing to for domain xyz.com authentication
Login to vCenter PSC to change the IP address, FQDN. Only Supports on vCenter PSC 6.7 U3 and beyond it. Login through VAMI / vSphere Web Client / DCUI. Validate the change made get the vpxd.log for vCenter Server.
