1) Login to vCenter Server 2) Search for the VM 3) Go to Actions tab and take snapshot of VM 4) Update the status in ticket 5) Inform customer on the same 6) You need to delete this snapshot in short span of time else it will “GROW IN SIZE” and can bring down the VM to shutdown status.
